增强的 Avian第一链合成试剂盒，应用了一款高度纯化的禽成髓细胞瘤病毒逆转录酶(eAMV-RT)，后者的反应性能远超标准型AMV-RT。这一高效eAMV-RT在高温(高达65 ℃)能够下可打开RNA的复杂二级结构，是以总RNA或poly(A)+ RNA为模板 制备高质量全长cDNA的理想选择。
单位定义
一单位酶可以多聚腺苷酸为模板，以12-18长度的oligo(dT)为引物，在10分钟内将1纳摩TMP整合进TCA-沉淀材料中。
