根据Mallmann和Darby(1941)制备的选择性培养基可用于进行大肠菌群的推定性检测及其在水、乳制品和食品检测中的选择性富集。
与货号61749的区别在于其使用胰蛋白示代替酪蛋白胨。

制备说明

将35.6 g悬浮于1L水中。在121℃下高压蒸汽灭菌15分钟。
