Mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) derived from wild-type littermate to the ULK1-knockout mouse. MEFs that were isolated and cultured were immortalised by SV40 large T-antigen.

培养基

DMEM + 10% FCS + 2mM Glutamine

传代培养常规

Trypsinize with 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA and inoculate new cultures at 2 x 10⁴ per cm². Cultures must be incubated in a humidified 5% CO₂/95% air incubator at 37^oC.
