细胞系描述

Normal B cell line of a patient with a lung tumour. LUDLU-23, a lung squamous cell carcinoma, is also derived from the same patient.

培养基

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

传代培养常规

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37℃. Cells grow as large cell aggregates; resuscitate in 8ml media with flask standing up until cells start to proliferate well.
