本品用于通过结合显色和荧光底物，根据水样中的酶底物反应检测和确认大肠杆菌和大肠菌群。
制备说明
Suspend 16.0 g (single strength) or 32.0 g (double strength) in 1 litre distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilize by autoclaving at 1 bar pressure (121 ℃) for 15 minutes.
