MS0021570 is a potent antagonist of GPR171, a G protein-coupled receptor of BigLEN (b-LEN), which is a neuropeptide derived from proSAAS and involved in regulation of feeding. MS0021570 had a IC50 value of 220 nM. It was shown to block inceases in food intake and to reduce anxiety-like behavior and fear conditioning in mice.
