Immunoaffinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~56 kDa Chk1 protein when phosphorylated at Ser³¹⁷.
Recognizes the ~56 kDa Chk1 protein phosphorylated at Ser³¹⁷ in UV-treated COS cells.
