应用

用于生物无菌试验，以及需氧微生物和厌氧微生物的培养。氧化还原指示剂刃天青的颜色变为红色即指示氧含量的增加。

制备说明

Suspend 29.75 g in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Cool to 25℃ and store in a cool dark place preferably below 25℃.
