Asparagine-linked glycosylation 11 homolog (ALG11), GDP-Man:Man3GlcNAc2-PP-dolichol-α1,2-mannosyltransferase, is a mannosyltransferase which catalyzes α 1,2-mannosylations of N-linked glycans during protein glycosylation within the endoplasmic reticulum (ER).
