Phosphate buffered saline with non-fat milk is commonly used as a blocking solution in Western blotting, enzymatic assays, dot blot, and immunohistochemistry techniques.

Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 500mL of distilled or deionized water, will yield a 1× solution containing 10mM Na₂HPO₄, 1.8mM KH₂PO₄, 138mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 3% nonfat milk (w/v), pH 7.4 at 25 ℃. Certified to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free.

储存及稳定性

Store at room temperature. Product may naturally agglomerate but can be simply broken up within the pouch prior to use.
