应用

Tris buffered saline is commonly used in washing solutions for Western Blotting. It can also be used for resuspension and sonication of bacterial cells, protein applications, and is suitable for cell culture since it is isotonic and non-toxic.

Contents of one pouch, when dissolved in 500 mL of ultrapure water, will yield a 1x solution containing 50 mM Tris, 138 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, pH 7.6 at 25 ℃. Contents tested to be DNAse, RNAse, Protease, and Nickase free. This product is suitable for use in cell culture applications.

储存及稳定性

Store at room temperature. Product may naturally agglomerate but can be simply broken up within the pouch prior to use.
