应用
Anti-SLC37A3 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 0.25μg/ml and for immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections at a concentration of 4-8μg/ml.

SLC37A3 belongs to the SLC37 family of sugar-phosphate exchangers anchored on the membrane of endoplasmic reticulum. Variants of the gene encoding this transporter have been observed in congenital hyperinsulinism patients.
