应用
Anti-TM9SF1 (AB2) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 2.5μg/ml and for immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections at a concentration of 4-8μg/ml.

Transmembrane 9 superfamily member 1 (TM9SF1) belongs to the nonaspanins or the TM9 family of family characterized by the presence of nine transmembrane domains. The proteins of TM9 family are present in endosomal or lysosomal fractions and are probably involved in vesicular transport.
