制备说明

将42.1 g含有甲苯胺蓝的DNA酶检测琼脂悬浮于1000 ml的蒸馏水中。加热并频繁搅拌至培养基完全溶解。在12至15磅压力(118℃至121℃)下高压灭菌15分钟。冷却至45℃并倾倒至培养皿中。
